Is the Packers the best team this Season

The green bay packers have been one of the best teams in the last decade and so on. This year the packers are first place in the NFC. The record for green bay stands at 7 wins and 2 losses. Green bay 2 losses comes from the Tampa bay buccaneers and Minnesota vikings. The buccaneers blew out the packers and vikings one by just a touchdown in a game where green bay should of won. Green bay’s offense has been amazing this season but their defesne has been getting roughed up. For instance we let Dalvin Cook run all over us. However Green bay is having a great year and I am gonna tell you how they can be the best team at the end of the season.

Packers struggle

The Jacksonville Jaguars did give us a bit of a scare as they did put up a good fight. Davante Adams who had a rough game with drop passes and a fumble stepped up in the 4th quarter. Aaron Rodgers who did throw an interception came back strong and led the packs to a touchdown. The main thing the surprised me at the end of the game is how good our pass rush was to help secure the win. Our pass rush has been non exstiense and has been one of the main reason we struggle on defense. Also our run defesne is horrible as we did let Jacksonville run all over us. Aaron Rodgers will always find a way to win ball games and to score points. But this a team sport and we do need to figure out a way to stop teams running the ball down our throats at will.

Green bay solution

The main solution to green bay’s problem is obvious as they need to contain the run game and gain pass rush. They have a well rounded defense as they have the smith brothers and one of the best run and pass stoppers in Kenny Clark. However Kenny did come up big last game. Kenny needs to continue to be a brute force. As well as the smith brothers as they have not been containing the run. However a bright spot has been our defensive back Jaire Alexander. He was the best defender in the month of October and is still being a beast. We have the players and a good scheme but the players have to preform. We could win the Superbowl this year. #GoPackGO

Jordan Love in Green Bay

Aaron Rodgers is one of the best quarterbacks in the league. One thing that he had requested was to get more weapons in the draft. Therefore it made sense that we draft a wide receiver or even a tight end to compliment Aaron Rodgers. Next thing you know is the green bay packers decided to draft a quarterback. As well to mention that was the first round pick for the packers. However this might have been a decent pick for the green bay packers and I am gonna explain why it is a decent pick (still not the best pick).

Jordan Love

For one thing the quarterback that was drafted was Jordan Love from Utah State University. Jordan Love in his career in college football played 3 years for the Utah State Aggies. In the 3 years that he played he had 8600 passing yards, 60 passing touchdowns and 29 interceptions for a quarterback rating 138. Good stats for 3 years of college football. Jordan Love was predicted to be drafted in the first round. Not to mention that Aaron Rodgers still has at least 5 years in the tank. Only reason to draft Jordan Love was to let him learn from Aaron Rodgers. Similar to what they did with Aaron Rodgers and the hall of fame Brett Favre. So this does kind of make sense to draft him as Aaron Rodgers is getting older. Jordan Love will gain more experience and learn more watching Aaron Rodgers.

Jordan Love’s Future

In other words was this a good draft pick; no this was not a good pick it was decent at best. Green bay needed weapons that can help Aaron Rodgers and we got none. Jordan Love’s future feature in Green bay is bright. Aaron Rodgers will be a great mentor to Jordan and he will learn a lot of things about football that can help him. Jordan will learn how to control the game like Aaron Rodgers. He will learn how to read the defesne and draw a free play out of it. In the same way Aaron Rodgers learned from Brett Favre. Thus it will be a long time we will see Jordan in action. Likewise how we had to wait for Aaron Rodgers. But the wait was worth it, and just like for Jordan Love I believe it would be the same.

How the Green bay Packers can win the Superbowl.

The Green bay Packers are known to be one of the best football teams around each year. In 2011 the won the Superbowl against the Pittsburgh Steelers lead by a young Aaron Rodgers who won the Superbowl MVP. The times were good back then as of as now we haven’t made the Superbowl since that year. We have come closed in recent years and in the 2015 season we lost to the Seattle Seahawks in heartbreak action in overtime. Just last season we lost to the 49ers in the NFC championship game.

To win the Superbowl this year we will need to rely on Aaron Rodgers and the offense and hope that the defense gets better overtime throughout the season. In the Superbowl year for the Packs Arron Rodgers had a amazing season where he had 28 passing touchdowns and almost threw for 4000 yards is when they won the Superbowl. The year after he lead the Green bay Packers to a 15-1 season and had career numbers but was not good enough to lead the packers to the promise land. Now lets forget the past and move on to the present.

The packers have started out really strong this year as their offense looks amazing and the defense looks decent. Right now they do not look like the favors to win the Superbowl but have a lot of good things going for them. Aaron Rodgers looks like he is on a mission right now to win the Superbowl as he is putting up points like no other quarterback. Aaron Jones our running back has been a touchdown machine ever since he was enter the league. Davante Adams has been one of the most underrated wide outs in the league but just continues to but up amazing number every game that he plays in. Jaire Alexander has quickly become one of the best elite lock down corners in the game followed by a great pass rush from the smith brothers. If the offense can keep putting up the points they are putting up and have the defense just keep playing the way they are and getting those clutch stops and giving Aaron Rodgers a chance to put the game away, the Packers have that chance to win the Superbowl. Every year they are always right there, this is the year to push over the hump and bring home a title to Green bay.

Is Aaron Rodgers the best quarterback in the league this season?

Aaron Rodgers no doubt one of the best quarterbacks in the league but now with some up incoming stars like Patrick Mahomes and Joe Burrows who are putting up some incredible numbers also forget Aaron Rodgers is still doing that. Aaron Rodgers is putting up some really impressive numbers without really having a good receiving core exception being Davante Adams who is having an incredible year having more total touchdowns then the New England Patriots and the New York Jets (both teams having 7 and Davante Adams having 8).

Anyways we are not here to talk about Davante Adams we are here to talk about Aaron Rodgers. Aaron Rodgers is having an incredible season so far and is making a push to win MVP racing along Russell Wilson. Tom Brady is doing really good in Tampa Bay as he has 20 touchdown passes this season. But the difference between these quarterbacks are that Aaron Rodgers doesn’t have the weapons like Tom Brady or Russell Wilson. Tom Brady has Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Leonard Fournette, Rob Gronkowski and now they just added Antonio Brown. Tom Brady has the weapons and lets not forget about the defense that they have that can practically lock up the best offenses in the league. Russell Wilson has weapons in D.K Metcalf and Tyler Lockett who makes plays for him. The only one that has backed up Aaron Rodgers only play maker he has is Davante Adams as Aaron Jones is still developing into a great running back in this league. But with the lack of experience that this offense has they are still putting up some major points as they are averaging 31.6 points per game this season second best in the league.

Aaron Rodgers has 24 touchdown passes and has thrown for 2,253 with a completion percentage nearing 70% at 67.5%. Aaron Rodgers is 4th for passing yards and is second when it comes to pass touchdowns. He is doing this with an organzation that is not really helping him when it comes to finding weapons yet he is having yet another amazing season. I thoroughly do believe that Aaron Rodgers is the best quarterback in this league the way he is playing. He is leading a team who right now is struggling on defense and lacking weapons on offense and leading the way with a 6-2 record heading into next week to face the Jacksonville Jaguars. Lets get the job then next week.
